The who, what, and why behind my journey.
Susana Coerver, the 7th of 10 siblings in a modern family with the Portuguese and American heritage and the connection to Brazil, is the mother of Sebastião. With extensive training in marketing, advertising, creativity, design thinking, and finance, she has over 20 years of experience in marketing, communications, and digital media. She worked in advertising agencies in Portugal and Brazil as a strategist and, more recently, as CEO of Portugal's leading agency, Fuel. She served as Marketing Director at Parfois for 6 years, overseeing a restructuring and redesign of the brand across 70+ countries. She also worked for national and international retail companies, including in the Philippines and Lidl until June 2023, when she left to focus on her multiple projects.
Passionate about change processes and business or social challenges, she fosters individual and corporate creative thinking, opening minds to change and innovation.
As a partner at Ideators.cc, she uses Harvard-validated methodologies to solve companies' problems by leveraging the collective intelligence of their own employees. Additionally, she is a speaker and mentor for change and is a member of the executive board of ASM - Portuguese Alliance for Mental Health in the Workplace.
On January 10, 2024, she received the Women 3.0 Awards in the BUSINESS category "For the remarkable commitment and dedication demonstrated throughout 2023 in reducing the gender gap, demonstrating a special ability to share knowledge, solidarity, and exceptional representation in the Business sector."
On January 18, she was recognized by her peers, being acknowledged by 350 marketing professionals as one of the top 10 marketers of 2023.

Foi através do podcast "O CEO é o limite" que conheci a Susana Coerver. Senti de imediato a necessidade de saber mais sobre a sua visão humana do mundo corporativo e sobre a importância da gestão das emoções no trabalho. Rapidamente estabeleci contacto com a Susana.
